Pros And Cons

Pros: for fast weight loss, I was very happy with my results from the 2-WEEK PROGRAM and so was my family.   2. Hi, this program sounds interesting. I know you said there are meal plan menus, just not sure if that includes recipes for those meals? Does it also give suggestions for snacks? Snacks are my down fall. I am good with meal planning and menus, it’s the snacks in between that are the problem for me!
